I had a pleasant stay at Kesya Hotel, thanks to its friendly staff and great location just a short walk from the bustling areas. However, I faced some issues with hot water availability, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was enjoyable, though the dining service could occasionally be slow.

My room was clean and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the river, but it was a bit small and could have benefited from more storage options.

Breakfast was served in a cozy café nearby and was quite good, but I found it confusing that its timing and location weren't clearly communicated.

The hotel offers nice amenities like a swimming pool and free airport shuttle, but the pool area had a strange smell, which was off-putting.

I had a pretty good stay at the hotel overall. The location was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore Siem Reap. The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, but I did encounter a few issues like inconsistent hot water and some minor mishaps with service. Despite that, I’d definitely consider coming back for the value and the great atmosphere.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a nice river view from the balcony. It was definitely cozy for two people who know each other well. However, I noticed some small marks on the towels and sheets, which took away from the overall experience.

The hotel staff were super friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. They prepared takeaway breakfasts for me when I had to leave early, which was a nice touch. However, communication could have been smoother, as they sometimes misunderstood requests like the timing for my airport transfer.
Location

The location is arguably one of the hotel's best features. It's just a quick walk to the lively Pub Street, yet tucked away enough that noise isn’t a huge issue. I felt safe and connected to the local area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was included, but I wish the options were a bit more varied. The breakfast place nearby was nice; I could get my eggs cooked to order, but it’d be better if they had a more extensive menu for breakfast. I did enjoy the quality of food at the hotel restaurant, though the service could be a bit slow at times.
